Steps to change the dress colour in picsart
1. Open picsart then Select"EFFECT"
2.In Effects Select "COLOR"
3.Inside Color select "HUE"
4.Now Make All The background + your body Original.....Except the dress which remain effected (I know you dont understand just see screenshots)
5.Now Adjust The Amount Of HUE and each and every time you will get a New Colour..
